Introducing the eSolution: The eSolution, a one-stop end to end system where users gain access to an entire overview of their production status, provides actionable intelligence and key business insights using real-time data. The system helps identify manufacturing inefficiencies, allocate resources more effectively, and increase asset usage efficiency to establish a strong foundation of production readiness.

How it works: By simply attaching the IoT sensor onto any mold or die, the sensor will automatically collect production data in real-time via wireless transmission. From there, a terminal that bridges both the sensor and online platform will additionally process and encrypt all incoming data through a secure AWS server. After successfully retrieving the data from the terminal, the system will then aggregate and organize all collected data points into insightful charts, graphs, and comprehensive reports for clients to obtain a holistic view of their production performance.
