Registration as an exhibitor

Registration as an exhibitor is only possible online.

International Representatives

The Leipziger Messe maintains over 20 international representatives , covering more than 30 countries.

Services offered by international representatives include advice and support for trade fair participants – covering everything from exhibitor registration to customs. This also includes catalogue and ticket sales, support for exhibitors and visitors, and advice on cost-effective travel and accommodation options.

Exhibitor passes

The free exhibitor passes can be downloaded from November 2026 via the online ordering system (opening in August 2026). The exhibitor passes must be personalized.

As an exhibitor you will get for free:

  • up to 12 m² 2 exhibitor passes
  • from 13 m² to 20 m² 3 exhibitor passes
  • for each additional 10 m² 1 exhibitor pass
  • up to a maximum of 20 exhibitor passes
  • 1 exhibitor pass for each co-exhibitor

If you need more exhibitor passes, you can order them for a purchase via the online ordering system (available from August 2026).
Permanent pass for exhibitors: 33 Euro (plus VAT), Day pass for exhibitors: 12 Euro (plus VAT). They must be also personalized.

Note on paid exhibitor day passes: The day pass entitles the holder to multiple entries during regular opening hours for exhibitors (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Please note that admission with a visitor ticket is only possible once and during regular opening hours (from 9:00 a.m.).

To ensure you can access the event quickly, please download your passes before arriving at the event venue and bring them with you in digital or printed form.

No passes are required during the construction and dismantling periods.

CONTACT "Business meetings" – networking & matchmaking

The Leipzig Chamber of Industry and Commerce, together with its Saxon network partners from the Enterprise Europe Network, is also organizing the international cooperation exchange at Intec and Z 2027. Participation is free of charge for exhibitors and visitors to Intec and Z. Further information will be available on our website from June 2026.

Customer Invitations

As an registered exhibitor, you will receive an unlimited number of free customer invitations. You will not incur any further costs after Intec / Z.

Each exhibitor / co-exhibitor will receive a universally applicable promo code for individual advertising. These will be sent out at the end of October 2026. If you have not received a code, please contact Ines Wollenberg (0049 341 6788218 or info@messe-intec.de .

Please inform the recipients of the customer invitations that these can only be redeemed online via the ticket shop (from November 2026).

Media services

Leipziger Messe offers all digital services from a single source. There is no additional external service provider for this. The media and communication flat rates are combined into the mandatory BASIC marketing package for all exhibitors and co-exhibitors, offering even more content.

BASIC marketing package

Basic exhibitor entry in the online exhibitor directory and interactive hall plan on the event website and app, as well as in the event's print products:

  • Exhibitor name
  • Hall and stand number

Advanced exhibitor entry in the online exhibitor directory on the event website and in the event app:

  • Address, website, telephone number, email address, social media channels, unlimited number of contact persons including contact details and photo
  • Assignment to 2 product groups
  • Mood image
  • 1 product presentation (with text, images, video, PDF document and assignment to 1 product group)

Unlimited number of customer invitations with promo code

* only until the specified editorial deadline
All media services can be booked as a main or co-exhibitor from June 2026 via the online shop for exhibitors under the heading “Media Services/Exhibitor Directory”. These include, for example, an upgrade to the BASIC marketing package or online banners.

Co-exhibitors

Co-exhibitors must always be registered by the main exhibitor.

We recommend that you register together with the main exhibitor's online registration . Late registrations can be made by email to Ines Wollenberg, i.wollenberg@leipziger-messe.de

Each co-exhibitor must pay a registration fee and the flat rate for the basic marketing package. Please refer to the Special Conditions of Participation (PDF, 466 kB) for prices.

As the main exhibitor, you will receive one free exhibitor pass for each co-exhibitor. Co-exhibitors will be listed in the exhibitor directory.

Please note that exhibitors are not permitted to sublet their allocated stand to third parties or transfer it in any other way without the permission of Leipziger Messe, nor are they permitted to advertise for third-party companies (see also General Conditions of Participation (PDF, 161 kB) ).

Online ordering system

Use the online ordering system to order our services quickly and easily. These include, among others:

  • Stand construction / stand equipment
  • Technical services such as electrical / water installation
  • Media services
  • Free customer invitations (codes)
  • Scan2Lead / Lead Tracking (coming)
  • Exhibitor passes (free and chargeable)
  • Parking
  • Stand cleaning and much more

In your stand allocation, which you will receive from us by e-mail, you will find, among other things, the user name for your customer account. If you do not have your password from previous events or if you are attending the Intec for the first time, please request it directly on the page of the online ordering system using the button "Forgot password / request password".

ATTENTION: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company e-mail noted in your stand allocation.

After entering your password, you will be asked to change it. Please remember your new password for future activities in the online ordering system. Please place all orders and submit all approval requests in good time. As of 31 January 2027, a late order surcharge of 15% will be applied to selected services.

Parcel deliveries

Parcel shipments will be delivered directly to the exhibition stand by the appointed parcel and courier companies during an event if the conditions described below are fulfilled:

  • the shipment arrives for delivery during the construction and fair period between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Receipt must be ensured by the exhibiting company or stand construction staff (please provide a mobile phone number so that the recipient can be contacted)
  • the address of the recipient is clear and in the following format:

Invoicing

Leipziger Messe GmbH does not charge a registration fee for exhibitors.

The trade fair rental invoice, including the communication flat rate and sustainability flat rate, will be sent out from mid-January 2027. All other services ordered, with the exception of FAIRNET (invoices will also be issued before the start of the event), will be invoiced within four weeks of the event.

Capture your trade fair contacts at your exhibition stand digitally, easily, and in real time with Scan2Lead – the state-of-the-art solution for lead tracking at trade fairs worldwide. With the Scan2Lead SMART App, you can scan barcodes or business cards using your smartphone or tablet and enrich them with notes, photos, and more.

You can order a license for the app to use on your own smartphones and tablets via the online ordering system (available from August 2026).

In addition, Scan2Lead offers various complementary solutions, such as the Scan2Lead CONNECTOR and the Scan2Lead BARCODE API. These products can be ordered directly from Scan2Lead by email at contact@scan2lead.com . Billing is conveniently handled by Leipziger Messe after the event. Freight forwarders / Logistics partners:

The exclusive logistics partner of Leipziger Messe GmbH is DHL Trade Fairs & Events GmbH (DHL TFE). The company holds the sole forwarding rights on the exhibition grounds.

  • Transport of exhibits and stand structures to and from the stand
  • Empty and full load handling including provision of technical auxiliary equipment for unloading and loading
  • Assembly and disassembly
  • Transports, etc.
  • Customs clearance for temporary and final importation

To order the service, please use only the online ordering system (available from August 2026).

Tip: You can also commission DHL TFE to transport your trade fair and stand construction materials, machinery, etc., to and from Leipzig.

Stand construction

You can easily and conveniently book complete solutions or additional equipment to suit your needs via the online ordering system (from August 2026). With the services offered by FAIRNET , specialists in all aspects of trade fair appearance, you can customise your exhibition stand entirely according to your wishes. FAIRNET supports you, for example, with the design, planning, and assembly and dismantling of your exhibition stand.

Stand construction and dismantling / Machine delivery

Machine delivery

  • February 22, 2027 (this date is reserved for the delivery of large machinery)
  • February 22, 2027 is reserved exclusively for the delivery of large exhibits/machinery.
  • Prerequisite: Presentation of the shipping contract or logistics number issued by the exhibitor/service partner with the Leipziger Messe trade fair forwarding agent (forwarding agents/logistics partners) for the transport and placement of exhibits and machines in an exhibition hall on February 22, 2027.

Stand construction:

  • February 23, 2027, 7:00 a.m. continuously until March 1, 2027, 4:00 p.m.
  • On March 1, 2027, decoration work may still be carried out after 4:00 p.m. Vehicles will no longer be allowed to enter the hall after 4:00 p.m.

Please note: No special passes are required for the duration of setup and dismantling.

  • To access the exhibition grounds, you and your employees or authorized partners will need a copy of the official booth allocation as proof of access authorization.

Stand dismantling:

  • March 5, 2027, 4:00 p.m. continuously until March 9, 2027, 3:00 p.m.
  • The dismantling vehicles are expected to be able to enter the exhibition grounds/exhibition hall on March 5, 2027, from around 6:00 p.m.

Stand construction approval

The stand construction application and the application for technical permits and exhibits with special hazards have been replaced by a semi-automated procedure for approving your planned exhibition stand. This offers you the opportunity to submit the necessary information about your planned exhibition stand conveniently and with little effort. You will then be informed of the requirements associated with safe operation.

You will receive a corresponding e-mail from our event technology department with a link to a separate questions page and a password. After you have registered for the first time with this one-time password, we recommend that you set up a personalised password so that you can save data temporarily and continue working later. Please complete the entries promptly.

The checks to be carried out as part of operator responsibility during the set-up, dismantling and implementation phases with regard to compliance with the technical guidelines and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations remain an important part of the safe operation of the venue.

Traffic guide / Machine delivery / Deposit

Important information on driving on the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling as well as during the event can be found in our traffic guide (available from October 2026).

Especially for exhibitors in Halls 2 and 4 of Intec, there is the option of transporting heavy machinery and equipment on the machine delivery day . This service can only be used in conjunction with a valid freight forwarding contract ( freight forwarders/logistics partners ).

Deposit:

Vehicles may only enter the exhibition grounds upon payment of the following deposits:

  • Car/van €100.00 (cash payment on site) for 120 minutes
  • • Lorry €200.00 (cash payment on site) for 180 minutes (vehicle trailers are included)

If the time limit is exceeded, the deposit will be forfeited.

Presentation at FORUM.interaktiv (for exhibitors Intec and Z)

A presentation at FORUM.interaktiv will raise your profile beyond your exhibition stand.

Exhibitors at Intec and Z have the opportunity to present their company's range of services or practical solutions to a wider audience in the joint FORUM of the two trade fairs.

Draw attention to your company at the Leipzig Trade Fair! Our service partner FAIRNET rents out exclusive advertising space in the indoor and outdoor areas of the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in a prime location.

Forgotten customer account login details

Open the online ordering system and follow the link “Forgotten password”. On the following page, you will be asked to enter your user or the main exhibitor's company email address. Please proceed via the user. The “user” will be notified to all main exhibitors with the stand allocation. After you have requested the password, an email with new initial access data will be sent to you.

Please note that for technical reasons, this email will be sent to the company email address of the registered main exhibitor and not to the trade fair organiser or the person making the request. After logging in for the first time and entering your initial password, you will be prompted to change it. Please make sure to remember the newly assigned password for your future activities in your customer account.
