The maps of the grounds of the Leipzig Trade Fair make it easy for you to find your way around. Both our general site plan and our site plans for various key areas are available for download.

Leipziger Messe GmbH warns you about unofficial trade fair catalogues and directories with sometimes misleading offers, requests for payment and invoices. Exhibitors are repeatedly contacted by unauthorised companies and asked to update their data for a catalogue entry.

Leipziger Messe GmbH is exclusively responsible for the realisation of the exhibitor directory and the advertising acquisition to be carried out for it. You can edit your entry for the online exhibitor directory and the app via the Exhibitor Hub. You also have the option of purchasing additional customised media services for even better visibility.

Attention: Other publishers who publish similar catalogues and directories are not authorised by Leipziger Messe GmbH. Leipziger Messe GmbH warns you about unofficial trade fair catalogues and directories with sometimes misleading offers, which are often sent out in the run-up to the event. These offers pretend to be a free entry. However, the catalogue entries are subject to a charge and can cost several thousand euros. Prominent examples of such unofficial directories are the ‘Expoguide’ directory, the ‘International Fairs Directory’ and the ‘Exhibitors NETWORK’ directory.

You can download logos here for your own use. Their use is permitted exclusively for the promotion of your own trade show appearance and for editorial purposes. Please also note the legal information provided.

Legal Information Concerning Use of Logos

Downloading, saving and any use of the mentioned logos, names or banners is only permitted under the following conditions:

• Logos and names may only be used for news reports by publishers and/or journalists, or Users that are bindingly approved as an exhibitor for a future trade show/exhibition organised by Leipziger Messe at the time of download and saving, as well as for the duration of the use of the logo/name.
• The user shall faithfully reproduce the logo/name without any distortion (minor colour deviations in printing will be tolerated in individual cases).
• If the user is an exhibitor as defined above, they may use the logo/name exclusively in connection with reference to their future participation in a trade fair/exhibition organised by Leipziger Messe.
• The use of the logo/name for purposes other than those named above – in particular for the labelling of third-party goods and services – is prohibited.

Attention: Non-compliance with the above requirements will be prosecuted under civil law and – in the case of copyright infringement – also under criminal law.
