We manufacture a wide range of parts, from simple punch-laser parts to complete pre-assembled machine housing. Our production is geared for maximum flexibity, enabling us to manufacture starting from one part up to small series. We process steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. For fast lead times we store approx. 160 different materials in our automated sheet metall warehouse ( 420 storage locations / max. 1260 tons of material ). Our modern machinery includes laser cutting, punch-laser cutting ( large format ),various press brakes up to 130 tons, supplemented by various joining processes ( welding, toxing, pressing, riveting, etc. ). In addition, we have our own mechanical machining with conventional und CNC milling, turning lathe, surface grinding. In order to round up our range of service we can provide you with various kinds of surface finishing and assembly services.
