The 408MT is a multi-process machining center (milling and turning) featuring 6 to 7 axes, designed to machine complex geometries from bar stock or individual workpieces.

Thanks to its pick-off unit, it enables complete 6-sided machining in a single cycle. Pallets can be mounted on both the A-axis and the pick-off unit, allowing for quick production changeovers.

The 408MT also offers the following features:

-High-performance motor spindle with speeds of up to 42,000 rpm

-Compact design with integrated units, limiting the floor space to just 3 m²

-Two-position pick-off unit accommodating a precision vise or clamping collets

-Maximum bar capacity of 36 mm and turning speeds of up to 6,000 rpm

-Tool magazine with a capacity of up to 72 tools, enabling quick setup changeovers
