BANTLEON develops and manufactures products and solutions for various stages of the metalworking process. Its portfolio includes cooling lubricants for machining and forming processes, industrial cleaning agents, corrosion protection agents and VCI packaging systems. The individual products and processes are not considered in isolation, but within the context of the entire process chain. The aim is to ensure the functional coordination of the media and processes used, taking into account the respective manufacturing requirements.

In addition to its product portfolio, BANTLEON has its own research and development facilities, laboratory equipment for analysis and testing, and extensive expertise in application technology. The focus lies on the evaluation and optimisation of manufacturing processes, the analysis of operating media in use, and the design and support of fluid technology applications. Through fluid management, services are also provided for the monitoring, documentation and management of cooling lubricants and other process media.

The scope of services also includes digital tools for fluid management. These comprise the B.FLUID platform for the collection, documentation and evaluation of fluid-related data, as well as CUMA (Cutting Fluid Manager), a system for the automated monitoring and control of cooling lubricants.
