With FLUIDLYNX by MOTOREX, water-miscible cooling lubricants as well as cutting and grinding oils can be reliably, automatically monitored and regulated. Controllable and traceable process reliability is guaranteed, workpieces and production machines are better protected, and tool service lives are optimized. As a result, better efficiency and cost-effectiveness can be achieved. The FLUIDLYNX monitoring system also protects employees by reducing skin contact with the fluids. The solutions are scalable and expandable. As standard, FLUIDLYNX measures the three most important parameters of a water-miscible cooling lubricant: concentration, pH value and temperature. Optionally, it is possible to measure electrical conductivity.
